Our Team

Now we’re looking for a highly conceptual, visually driven Art Director who excels at crafting original design solutions and leveraging the latest AI tools, especially Gemini and Google AI to push ideas further, faster, and smarter. You are an exceptional creative thinker with a strong aesthetic sensibility, the ability to lead teams, and the discipline to deliver consistently outstanding work across a wide range of visual formats.
What you will do
Creative & Conceptual Execution
- Develop, pitch, and execute original, on-brief concepts, bringing storyboards to life through animation, video, typography, sound, and AI-driven content.
- Deliver compelling, high-quality visual narratives across social media, product updates, original AI releases, new features, and artwork launches throughout Asian markets.
- Continuously generate fresh ideas, ensuring content is engaging, relevant, and aligned with brand goals.
Leadership & Project Management
- Lead and mentor junior designers, owning projects from concept through delivery while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Manage timelines and resources effectively, ensuring all work is delivered on time, on budget, and exceeds expectations.
Collaboration & Growth
- Partner closely with multidisciplinary teams, including writers, editors, producers, and client managers with proactive communication to translate creative ideas into actionable outcomes.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends, experiment with new tools, and push creative boundaries to keep the work innovative and forward-thinking.
Who you are
You are a versatile and experienced Art Director/Senior 2D Graphic Designer with 6-7+ years of professional work (preferably as a freelancer or in an agency), and a strong command of designing, editing, and visual storytelling. You move comfortably between creative exploration and production efficiency, communicating clearly, taking initiative, and delivering standout work in fast-paced, multidisciplinary environments.
You are
- 6-7+ years of experience in design, production, and post-production.
- Expertise in at least two of the following tools: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, InDesign.
- Strong understanding of the full art production process, from concept to delivery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, precision, and attention to detail.
- Solid visual taste and the ability to adapt your style while still bringing original creative flair.
- Strong, proactive communication skills, able to articulate ideas to teams and clients.
- Genuine curiosity for emerging technologies and AI-driven creative tools.
- Comfort navigating ambiguity, turning loose ideas into clarity and action.
Nice to Have
- A strong illustration background
- A unique sense of style and creative voice.
- Some 3D skills (not required, but great to have).
- A natural sense of creative calling and passion for craft.
- Experience working with AI design tools (Gemini experience is a plus).
